THE ICT EDUCATOR WEBINAR SERIES

A weekly live webinar series is an excellent initiative for ICT educators, providing them with a convenient platform to stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in community college education—no need to attend a physical conference. This setup allows educators to engage directly with experts and peers from the comfort of their own desks, promoting continuous professional development and community building within the sector.

To enhance the management and delivery of this webinar series, Latenode can be an invaluable tool. By automating the scheduling, registration, and reminder processes, Latenode ensures that both hosts and participants have a seamless experience. Educators can register for webinars through an automated system that integrates directly into their calendars, receives reminders about upcoming sessions, and accesses archived sessions to catch up on missed content. Additionally, Latenode can integrate PDF extract capabilities, allowing participants to receive key information and resources from the webinar content in a usable PDF format.

Moreover, Latenode can facilitate real-time interaction during webinars through integrated Q&A sessions and polls, making the webinars more interactive and engaging. By leveraging Latenode's capabilities, organizers can focus more on curating high-quality content and less on the logistics of webinar management, ultimately creating a more dynamic and beneficial learning environment for ICT educators.

HEAR WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

ICT is the crystal ball of education in California, allowing the cutting-edge work done in California Schools to travel beyond the campus or the state, so that multitudes of beleaguered educators can find new solutions to their old problems.

The ICT educator webinars give us an efficient and effective way to keep apprised of tools, best practices, opportunities, and tech trends.

The ICT Educator Webinar series has been incredibly helpful in providing insightful information during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has helped me prepare my virtual classroom and stage it as a successful learning environment.

That was a really AWESOME webinar...THANK YOU!! This was my first ICT-DM webinar, just found out about them a month ago, and am enthused by the topics. I am definitely going to go back and view some of the archived presentations.

This is a fabulous format. Bringing an important employer like this, that we can all across the state learn from without driving in our cars to and from a long meeting is efficient and effective. Really really appreciate this format. We need more of this!

Just want to thank you for making the webinar recordings available. Just viewed Boosting Hispanic Student Success in ICT.  Extremely reaffirming and helpful!

The Sessions on Microsoft Teams was great, in that It was a way for me to share how schools are using MS Teams to accommodate working from home in a structured, organized manner.

Very solid group with lots of value added to the California Community College System.

I was able to expand my knowledge and understanding about the AWS Academy and AWS Educate, and the educational resources that each entity makes available.

I am going to share this presentation with our counselors at Cabrillo. And with our faculty. This answers a lot of questions we have been trying to figure out on our own.

May I share these findings with faculty and possibly lead a workshop using your presentation for our CIS students? This has been SO informative. Thank you!

Excellent presentation and I will share with parents at our Parenting University presentation this evening.

After working with high school/adult students for nearly 30 years, this information was timely. I see the alternative methods via certifications an excellent way for students to work on a goal where they "see the destination" and know exactly how it applies to what an employer needs.

Peter Coffee's talks are always most informative and inspirational. The connections he forges between information technology and societal developments help me to make learning about IT more relevant for my students.

We are using the seminars in our Department to inform curriculum modifications needs and Learning Technology Stack LTS requirements to provide work based learning.
