PROMOTING COMMUNITY COLLEGE PROGRAMS THROUGH CYBER COMPETITIONS

May 3, 2019

In February more than 1,200 high school students competed across the state in the California Mayors Cyber Cup. This unique competition brings students, parents, teachers, government officials and business leaders together to bring cybersecurity awareness to communities and to help build a cybersecurity workforce in California. It is also an excellent opportunity for community colleges to strengthen relationships with feeder high schools and promote college programs. Planning is underway for next year’s competition – learn how your campus can get involved!
